Progress report by father. Program started on 16 October 2016

The girl has improved on all 6 aspects, namely: socialization ability, self-control ability, confidence and independence, learning ability, expression ability and vitality and health.

Report on 18 December 2016:

General: She has displayed much improvement over the school holidays. She has demonstrated ability to control her anger. She has described that she will countdown from 10 to 1 when she was angry.

Socilisation: She is able to make friends on her own. She is not shy of intiating in converstation.

Confidence & Independence: She still shown signs of lack on confidence although she has improved over the week.

Learning Ability: She is able to learn new skills and willing to learn new things. This week she learned to play Chinese Chess & Spinning a top.

Expression Ability: She is able to express herself well but she does not express her feelings and emoition outwardly unless asked.

Vitality & Health: She is active and healthy, enjoying outdoor activities.

Report on 14 January 2017:

General: She has not displayed any anger nor did she mention an unfavorable / concerns from the 2 weeks of school.  She still excited over going back to school and did not have any complains so far.

Socialization: She is excited over meeting her old std 1 classmates as well as meeting new friends in her new class. She is also meeting new friends from dance and art classes.

Confidence & Independence: She has gain new skills over the school holidays (Chinese & International chess) and she is able to learn and progress fast. She has been winning her games and that might have boost her confidence level. She, on her own has joined several competitions – art & chess. She has also join a dance performance during CNY celebration for her school.

Learning Ability: Her ejaan and spelling has improved slightly. She is able to complete her homework in a much faster and efficient manner. She also displayed she is a quick learner in her chess skills (Chinese & International).

Expression Ability: She continue to be very expressive, using the right words and body language in her communications and interactions.

Vitality & Health: She is active and healthy, enjoying outdoor activities.

Report on 19 February 2017:

General: She has displayed anger once since the last report out. It was not a serious incident as she managed to recover her composure after several minutes of calming down.  There is much improvement over the duration as well. She was recently recommended to be discharged from occupational therapy. In the last session she demonstrated rationalization of decision making. She was able to explain how she ought to do in anger management, She also was able to describe the process of decision making in a team.

Socialization: She mentioned that she has a few good friends in her class and other classes through extra curriculum activities.  She have not any complains on being bullied by classmates.

Confidence & Independence: She continues to seek out and join activities she is interested. She has gain confidence in joining dance performances, chess and art competitions.

Learning Ability: She maintains her learning ability. The real measurement would be the coming school exam in Mar’17. However, she does complete her homework and continue to display strength in mathematics and logic thinking.

Expression Ability: She continues to be very expressive, using the right words and body language in her communications and interactions.

Vitality & Health: She is active and healthy, enjoying outdoor activities.

Report on 24th March

General: She continues to show good control over her anger and emotions. Even when some of her friends accidently hurt her, she was able to talk about it and did not retaliated. When she was not selected for a performance, although she had put in efforts, she handled her emotions well.
 
Socialization: She has many more friends, not limited to school friends. She has good friends in sunday school class, art class and math class. She is also doing well with her day care frineds as well.
 
Confidence & Independence: She continues to seek out and join activities she is interested. She has gain confidence in joining dance performances, chess and art competitions.
 
Learning Ability: Her 1st term result are considered good, consider her school. Her marks are above 60s and she managed to get 2 As, 3 Bs and 2Cs. However, she does complete her homework and continue to put in effort on additional work.
 
Expression Ability: She continue to be very expressive, using the right words and body language in her communications and interactions.
 
Vitality & Health: She is active and healthy, enjoying outdoor activities.
